Is it possible to upload files to email campaigns?
It is a common strategy in email marketing to send downloadable files such as e-books, user guides, brochures and presentations to engage and build a closer relationship with prospects and clients. However, it is also crucial to follow the best practices in email marketing to ensure the best deliverability of your campaigns.
Campaigns by Pipedrive (as most email marketing tools) doesn’t support direct attachments, as this may result in your emails being blocked or received in spam. Alternatively, we recommend providing your recipients with a link in the body of your email where they will be able to access and download files such as PDF, DOC, XLS or any other file type.
As we are committed to helping you keep great delivery rates while also following the best marketing strategies, this article will guide you on how to store files and add them to your email campaigns.
