Understanding the details and features of the Pipedrive and PandaDoc integration is essential for fully leveraging it to manage your sales cycle. This integration is available for Business and Enterprise plans in PandaDoc and works with organizations, people, and deal objects in Pipedrive.

With this integration, you can automatically pass information from Pipedrive to PandaDoc documents using variables and transfer product information from Pipedrive deals to PandaDoc pricing tables.

You can also create PandaDoc documents directly from Pipedrive deals, organizations, and people records.

The integration allows you to track document status within Pipedrive and ensures a two-way sync: once a document is signed, a signed PDF is automatically attached to the corresponding Pipedrive deal.

This integration can be used in multiple workspaces, but you must install it individually. Ensure you’re logged into the workspace connected with an active Pipedrive CRM to use the integration. Additionally, each user in PandaDoc must install the Pipedrive integration individually.   1. Create a new PandaDoc account or log in to your existing account.
