Enhance your CRM management by integrating JustCall with Pipedrive. This integration automates call logging, contact creation, and synchronization, simplifying the management and tracking of your communications.
This integration logs all scheduled calls (dialer and manual) as Pipedrive activities. It automatically creates new contacts, leads, and deals for unsaved numbers and syncs contacts between JustCall and Pipedrive. You can track your Pipedrive call logs for easy monitoring and automatically add labels to Pipedrive contacts based on call outcomes selected in JustCall Dialer.
Installation Instructions:
Log in to your existing JustCall account or create a new one.
Navigate to the Integrations section in JustCall and search for Pipedrive.
Click “Integrate” next to Pipedrive and follow the authorization steps. The sync process will begin, syncing approximately 100 contacts per minute.
Refresh your Pipedrive tab a few times. You should see click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to phone numbers in Pipedrive.

Calls Not Logging: Ensure the JustCall extension is installed and enabled and that you’re logged into JustCall.
