How to create workflows

To create a workflow, click on create a new process. You can start from scratch or with a template model.

On Pipefy, each pipe represents a workflow. You can view it as a kanban, a list, and other formats.

In the kanban format, each column represents a workflow phase, and each card represents a task, a request, or a contact.
