How to Schedule One Day or One Week Using the Class Scheduler

The Pipeline Class Scheduler allows you to efficiently create and edit multiple classes in Mindbody at once, saving time when setting up recurring schedules.

Getting Started

Setting Your Defaults

Before creating classes, configure your default settings in the left sidebar:

  • Location: Select your studio location from the dropdown

  • Staff Member: Choose the instructor / coach from the dropdown menu

  • Pay Rate: Enter the instructor's pay rate (e.g., 9)

  • Booking Status: Set the default booking status (e.g., BookAndPayLater)

  • Class Capacity: Define maximum attendees (e.g., 27)

  • Waitlist Capacity: Set waitlist limit (e.g., 10)

Schedule Configuration

Start Date & Duration

  • Choose your start date using the calendar picker (format: YYYY-MM-DD)

  • Set the number of weeks to create classes for

Daily Class Setup For each day of the week, you can configure:

  • Class Name: Select from dropdown (e.g., "Tokyo Disco - Functional Training")

  • Duration: Choose class length (e.g., 45 mins, 60 mins)

  • Capacity: Adjust if different from default

  • Waitlist: Modify waitlist capacity as needed

Adding Multiple Time Slots

In the Times section:

  1. Select the hour and minute for your class time

  2. Check the days of the week this time applies to

  3. Click Add to create the time slot

  4. Repeat for additional time slots

  5. Remove unwanted times using the X button

Review & Submit

Switch between Calendar and List views to review your scheduled classes. The calendar displays all classes for the selected period, showing class names and times.

When ready, click Submit (test) to create your classes in Mindbody.

Tips

  • Configure defaults first to speed up the process

  • Use the calendar view to verify there are no scheduling conflicts

  • You can create multiple classes per day by adding different time slots
