Why am I seeing this error?

If you see the message “No Mindbody Token” when trying to submit a schedule in the Pipeline Scheduler, this means your browser is storing an expired authentication token. This token is required to sync with Mindbody, and when it expires, the connection between Pipeline and Mindbody is disrupted.

How to Fix It

Before using the Scheduler, follow these steps to refresh your Mindbody token:

1️⃣ Reload the Page

  • Press Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) to force a hard refresh.

  • This reloads the page and attempts to generate a fresh token.

2️⃣ Log Out and Log Back In

  • Fully log out of Pipeline.

  • Close the browser, reopen it, and log back in.

  • This re-establishes a new session with Pipeline.

3️⃣ Clear Browser Cookies (If Steps 1 & 2 Don’t Work)

  • Go to your browser settings.

  • Clear cookies/cache specifically for app.pipeline-solutions.co.

  • Log back in and try submitting the schedule again.
