Task Visibility Across Team
Q: Can all team members see each other's assigned tasks?
A: Admins can view all tasks assigned to any team member. Individual users can only see tasks assigned to them.

Q: How do automated follow-up texts work for leads in the no-answer column?
A: When a lead is marked as "no answer," the system automatically sends follow-up texts every 24 hours with different messages. The automation stops if the lead responds, at which point they move out of the No Answer flow.

Q: Can we customize the lead management board and automation flows?
A: The lead management board structure is standardized to ensure best practices. However, all text and email content, as well as timing of automated messages, are fully customizable to match your studio's voice and preferences.
Phone Number Transfer
Q: How can we transfer our existing business phone number to Pipeline Sync?
A: Phone number transfers from other platforms (including LoyalSnap) are supported. Please contact our support team to initiate the transfer process for your existing number.
Messaging Costs
Q: What are the messaging costs and how do they compare to other systems?
A: Pipeline Sync charges $10/month for up to 10,000 texts and emails combined. This is a capped usage model with no additional charges - unlike variable-rate systems (like Twilio) that can result in unexpected bills of $200+ per month.
Appointment Handling
Q: How will the system manage different types of appointments (training vs recovery, group classes vs 1-on-1)?
A: Pipeline Sync can create separate workflows and tracking for different appointment types. Each appointment category can have its own automation rules and follow-up sequences, and these are easily customizable by your team.
