Can we edit the follow-up messages to remove text notifications and only use phone calls?

Yes, you can edit the follow-up messages however you want - remove texts, keep calls, whatever works for you.

Can we customize the lead management board and automation flows?

The board layout is standardized to keep things consistent, but text/email content and timing are fully customizable.
