Pitching materials can easily become scattered when you’re juggling multiple accounts, making it hard for leads or customers to find what they need and for you to stay organized.

Enter the brand-new pitch room: a customizable, virtual space where you can provide clients a series of curated assets — slide decks, proposals, videos, documents, and more — to help them make decisions faster and with confidence.

Create a pitch room

You can begin your pitch room from within one of your folders, or creating a room from your Recents tab to place it in your Team folder.

Click on Create new room at the top of the page.

Once inside your pitch room, you can begin customizing it to your clients' needs. Add their logo, an introductory message customised with rich text, and a point of contact to get started.

By default, the contact for the pitch room will show the details of the person who created the room. You can double-click on the name and email address to change it.

Add presentations to your room

Click on Select a presentation to highlight to begin adding presentations to your room. You can choose from all presentations you currently have access to in your workspace.

By default you will be shown the presentations in the folder the pitch room was created in. You can also browse your other folders, or search for keywords across your presentations

Add action items

To keep track of next steps, you can now add action items and check them off as the deal advances.

Click on Add action item and fill in the item's name and description. You can use also use rich text to customise action items' descriptions.

Add links and files

Add links to resources and files that will help you win the deal to your pitch rooms. Some resources, like YouTube videos and PDF files, will display directly inside the room, while others will redirect to an external page.

Click on Add link, file, or presentation.

For links, add the URL and then choose a link title. For files, upload document from your device. Don't worry, you can edit the document name and the link information afterwards.

You can also embed content directly into your room.

These embeds will pop up into the viewers window when they click on them in the room.

Branding your pitch room

We all know how important it is to keep customer facing content on brand. Now, you can brand pitch rooms to keep things consistent.

Click the paint can button in the top right of your room. You can select from the default white background room, and the light and dark background options from Pitch. You can also choose a custom background colour. In all of the branding options, you can customize your accent colour for buttons, links, and check marks.

Preview your pitch room

Before you're ready to share your work with your client, you may want to see what the pitch room will look like on their end. You can do that by clicking on the Preview button next to Share.

To get back to the editable version of the room, just click on Edit (pencil icon) on the on the top-right corner.

Share a pitch room and collect analytics

You can customize your URL, and choose from the same advanced options as links for individual presentations.

After you've sent your link, you can review your analytics. Click the analytics icon in the top right, and then on the individual link to see who has viewed what and when.
