Manage a paid subscription

Learn how to manage your subscription as the workspace owner or admin.

View subscription details

In your workspace, both the workspace owner and admins have permission to access the billing page. This page serves as a hub for viewing and managing subscription details and invoices. It empowers you to stay in control of your account with ease.

To open the billing page, click on the arrow next to your workspace name and select Billing:

Update subscription details

Workspace owners and administrators can update account information. This includes changing the company name, address, and billing contact email address as needed. Additionally, they have the option to add a new tax ID to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Within the billing page, navigate to the Account management tab and click the pencil icon to update the relevant details, then click on Save.

If you need to update an existing tax ID or billing country, please ask the owner or an admin to get in touch with our support team through the in-app messenger or via email. We are here to help you in making these necessary changes.

View your invoices

Invoices for your subscription are sent directly to the billing contact's email address. Additionally, workspace owners and administrators can access and view these invoices from the billing page.

On the Invoices tab, click on the View option next to the invoice you wish to see to download it.

Make changes to your plan

Changes made to your plan will take effect immediately and start a new billing cycle for your subscription, resulting in a different renewal date. We provide pro-rated credits for any unused time remaining on your previous subscription, and these credits will be deducted from your next invoice, ensuring a fair and seamless transition.

The workspace owner or an admin can switch the workspace's plan from the billing page by going to the Subscription tab and selecting Switch plans.

Cancel your subscription

After canceling your subscription, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Following this, your plan will not renew and your workspace will automatically revert to the Free plan.

To cancel a subscription, go to the Subscriptions tab and click on Cancel subscription.

Your feedback is highly valued when you decide to cancel your account. We appreciate if you can take a minute to share your thoughts in the text box before confirming the cancellation. You must select a cancellation reason in order to continue.

What to expect when a subscription ends?

  • Creators and commenters will be automatically changed to admins.

  • Existing analytics links will be disabled. Basic links will not be affected.

  • Creation and editing of shared private folders will be restricted. However, you can still view, edit, and move presentations from these folders to others within your workspace.

  • Uploading new videos will be disabled, but existing videos in your presentations will remain. Videos in your library are not deleted but you won't be able to see them โ€” if you decide to re-upgrade in the future, they will be made available again.

  • You won't be able to upload new image files exceeding 5MB in size.

  • Exports will have a Pitch logo watermark.
