How to search a table using Pitchly’s AI search
Uncover deeper insights with Pitchly's AI search functionality. This powerful tool allows you to search tables based on the broader meaning behind search terms, helping you find relevant information quicker. When you enable AI search, you can rest assured that searches are conducted entirely within the Pitchly platform, and your data is never stored elsewhere or used for any AI learnings.
Enabling AI Search:
Admins can easily request AI search to be enabled account-wide, allowing for more contextual searches. For example, searching a company table for "coffee" with AI search would include companies like Starbucks, even if "coffee" isn't directly in their company name.
Verify with your account admin that AI search is enabled
Click on the magnifying glass icon in the table you want to search
Inside the search bar, click the toggle (or button) to activate AI Search
Please note: You can easily switch back to use a regular table search by clicking the AI Search button again.
Type in a word or prompt to search your table by
Click Search
Pitchly's AI search scans all data within a table, including fields hidden in default or custom views. This ensures comprehensive searching. In the example above, if a team member has “Seattle” mentioned in a biography field stored in this same table, they would be pulled into the segment even if their Office Location is New York.
