How to archive templates in the Proposals app
Archiving a template in the Proposals app will move your Word template from the Active Templates panel to the Archived Templates panel for safe keeping. Archived templates are still accessible and can be unarchived for use at any time.
Archiving a template will require Admin level permissions.
Open the Proposals app on the apps panel
Find the template you wish to archive
Click the ellipses to the right of the template name
Click Archive
If necessary, update the template name
Click Archive
To view archived template(s), click Show Archived Templates at the top of the Proposals panel
