What to Report
Please report any suspected or confirmed security incidents, including but not limited to:
Phishing or suspicious emails
Unauthorized access to accounts or data
Lost or stolen devices that access Pitchly systems
Unexpected system behavior or potential vulnerabilities
Accidental exposure of sensitive information
If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, it’s better to report it than ignore it.
How to Report
Email security@pitchly.com as soon as possible with:
A brief description of what happened
When you noticed the issue
Any relevant screenshots, links, or files
Your name and contact information
What Happens Next
Our security team will review the report, investigate the issue, and follow up if additional information is needed. Reports are handled promptly and confidentially.
