New Opt Out Analytics!

New Opt Out Analytics Dashboard:

This is a view of your current 24hr rolling period where we're tracking your opt outs vs delivered messages. So the far right of the chart is the current hour, the far left of the chart is 24hours ago. The chart shows the following metrics:

  • Delivered messages - Total number of SMS messages successfully delivered to recipients

  • Official (STOP, etc.) - Standard opt-out keywords like STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

  • Custom phrase - User-defined opt-out phrases configured in your settings

  • AI fuzzy match - Messages detected as opt-out requests using AI pattern recognition

  • Negative sentiment - Messages with negative tone detected by sentiment analysis

  • Vulgar language - Messages containing profanity or inappropriate content

  • Negative + Vulgar - Messages containing both negative sentiment and vulgar language

This SHOULD help you guys answer questions like:

  • When am I going to get unsspended? → Answer: when the cycle kicks out those opt outs you see that are causing the suspension on the chart. When they get to the far left like you see on that chart, that means in the next hour they will start getting kicked out.

  • When did I get suspended? → Answer: Most likely when you see a jump up in opt outs on the chart.

Verification Credits

Verification Credits Overview:

Verification credits are used for phone number scrubbing and validation to ensure your contact list contains valid, deliverable phone numbers. This helps improve delivery rates and reduces wasted messages to invalid numbers.

What Verification Credits Do:

  • Scrub phone numbers - Validate phone numbers before sending messages

  • Detect landlines - Identify landline numbers that cannot receive SMS messages

  • Identify VoIP numbers - Flag VoIP numbers that may have delivery issues

  • Check DNC status - Verify if numbers are on Do Not Call registries

  • Improve deliverability - Clean your contact list to maximize message delivery success

Pricing:

1 credit per phone number - Each phone number verification costs 1 verification credit

Using verification credits helps maintain a clean contact database and ensures compliance with messaging regulations while maximizing your SMS campaign effectiveness.
