10DLC Management

Managing Your Approved Campaign

Written by Rudy Wetou

Once approved, manage your 10DLC campaign effectively:

Campaign Management:

  • Add Phone Numbers: Attach purchased numbers to your campaign

  • Opt-out Phrases: Customize compliance language for your business

  • Campaign Monitoring: Track usage and compliance status

Volume Considerations:

  • Standard Campaign: 2,000 messages per day to T-Mobile

  • Standard Vetting: 10,000 messages per day for $42 additional fee

  • Volume Planning: Choose based on your expected messaging volume

Higher volume users should invest in standard vetting to avoid delivery limitations during peak campaigns.

Campaign Approval Timeline

Important Note About Approval Processing:

Campaign approvals can experience delays. Understanding the timeline is crucial for planning:

  • Business Day Counting: The approval clock doesn't start until one full business day has passed since submission

  • Weekend Submissions: If you submit on a Friday, the following Monday counts as one business day

  • Planning Tip: Submit early in the week to avoid weekend delays in your approval timeline

Plan your campaign launches accordingly to account for potential processing delays.
