Step 1: Select the Home screen and open the desired folder.

Step 2: "Clip" all desired documents" by clicking on the paper clip on the right side. Under the 'Clipboard' tab you can see at any time which documents you have attached and edit them if necessary.

Step 3: To send the thank you email including the clipped documents, go back to the 'contacts' tab, select the desired contact and click on 'send' in the upper right corner.
