With Pitchview you can fill in your personally created questionnaire in just a few steps and obtain various declarations of consent.

After you have entered the master data of a new contact via business card scanner or via manual input, click on the 'Questionnaire' tab. Now you can easily fill in the individual fields according to the information of your potential customer.
In addition to the typical ''checkboxes'', you also have the possibility to make notes here. 

You then have the option of obtaining declarations of consent via the 'Signature' tab. To do this, select the individual declarations of consent (declarations of consent are selected as soon as the adjoining button is highlighted in green). Then select 'Sign document' and get a signature of have your customer sign on the tablet. The declarations of consent are automatically saved as PDF documents and can now be viewed at any time.
