If you want to create a new lead, you have the possibility to enter the contact with the business card scanner or use the manual input function. Click on the '+'-button in the upper right corner.
Capturing contacts with the business card scanner
If you choose the business card scanner, you should make sure that you use a high-contrast background for scanning the cards in order to achieve optimum scanning results.
Release the camera as soon as the red square encloses the business card. Once the Crop function has been activated, select 'Use image' and the data will be digitized for you.
You can then select a salutation and edit or complete the data if necessary.
Capturing Contacts with the QR Code Scanner
Point the camera of your device at the QR code. An overview with the scanned data should appear in seconds. Then click on "Save" so that the data is noted directly in the menu of the respective contact.
Entering Contacts Manually
If you prefer to enter the contact manually, you can also enter the master data manually. To do this, select the desired field and enter the relevant information.
Once you have entered the master data of a contact, you can now fill out the questionnaire and obtain the declarations of consent.
