To provide your colleagues with the latest documents via the Pitchview app, you must first upload them to the Pitchview backend. For example, if you want to change the background image, you must first upload it using Documents.

You will then receive an overview of the documents and videos already uploaded. If these are outdated, you can remove documents completely to save memory space on your devices.

You now have the possibility to select your documents & videos. Simply drag the desired documents into the green marked area and click on Start Upload. (Please use the formats .pdf and .mp4)

After you have started the upload, please wait until the upload is complete (at 100%). Depending on the file size or quantity, this may take a short moment.

When the upload is complete, click ok to complete the process.

Your documents are now successfully uploaded. In Views you now have the possibility to insert the documents in the appropriate folders.
