At highly frequented trade fairs, your sales colleagues often do not have the time to check the recorded leads for accuracy. Especially with business cards that deviate strongly from the standard format or badly scanned cards, errors can occur. To ensure that your trade fair leads are still of high quality, you can check them in a few seconds via the pitchview backend.
Step 1: Open the Contacts tab
The current contact overview opens. The contacts are sorted by date of entry.
Tip: Use the various filter options to make your contact overview clearer. For example, choose View to select the relevant trade fair.
Step 2: Edit contact
Select a contact by clicking to edit it.
On the left side you will now see a photo of the business card. If the information is too small or hard to read, move the mouse over the card to zoom.
Compare master data on the right with the data on the business card and adjust it manually if necessary. Then activate the checkmark at Checked.
To switch to the next contact, click on the blue arrows in the upper left corner. If you want to go back to the overview, click on the arrow (next to Contacts) in the upper left corner.
When exporting the contacts, you now have the option of selecting only contacts that have already been checked to ensure quality.
