How many leads were captured daily or which products were in the focus? Pitchview Analytics gives you real-time insight into your trade fair performance.
Step 1: Open the Analytics tab
An overview of all past trade fairs will now open. Optionally, more detailed analyses can be created for individual trade fairs.
Option A: Overview of all past exhibitions
Drive over the curve to query the values for the individual exhibition days.
You can see at a glance which trade fair had the most contacts (Top Views), which sales colleague recorded the most leads (Top Users) and to whom the most leads were assigned (Top Assignees).
You also gain insight into the origin of your leads.
And an overview of the documents sent.
Option B: Create individual analyses
Step 2: Select trade fair
Click on the Views tab marked with the arrow. Then you can select your desired trade fair by clicking on it.
You will now receive the same overview as above, but specifically for the selected trade fair.
Step 3: Individualize analysis
In the next step, you can now display all the questionnaire fields that have been queried. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose +Add Custom Metric.
A new dialog box opens and you have the possibility to choose from your self created questionnaire fields. For example, if you have asked which products the customer is interested in, you can now have this displayed here in real time.
If you want to create more fields, simply click again on +Add custom metric.
