You can export the contacts recorded at the event at any time after or even during the event in order to transfer them to your CRM. And this is how it works:
Step 1: Open the Contacts tab
Step 2: Open download area
To start downloading contacts, click Download (highlighted in blue).
Step 3: Filter & Limit
Use Filter & Limit to define which contacts you want to download in which format.
Limit: Choose how many contacts you want to download (All, the last 200, 100 or 50)
View: Select the appropriate trade fair from which you would like to download the contacts.
Email Sent: Here you can specify whether you only want to download contacts who have already received an email, who have not yet received an email or all
Checked: Here you define whether you want to download only the contacts that have already been manually checked and marked as checked, the contacts that have not been checked or all of them.
Download As: With Download As you can define in which format you want to download the contacts.
Step 3: Define export keys and select export data
In the next step you can determine which information you want to export. If you do not want to export certain fields, this will make the download clearer. Deactivate the desired field by clicking on the blue check mark (see arrows).
You can also use the Column Mapping to define how your data should be exported. With the Export Key you have the possibility to define the individual columns of your download according to your CRM.
If you want to change the order of the individual columns. Drag and drop the desired column to the appropriate position.
Step 4: Save settings
If you want to save the settings for the next download, click on save settings. If you want to reset the settings, click on clear.
Step 5: Start export
To start the export, click on Start Export. You can export your data as often as you like.
