We've updated the revisions process in Pixlmob to create a whole new workflow, designed to make revision requests simpler, clearer, and easier for you to complete!
When a customer needs revisions, he will create a revision ticket within the order and he will be able to:
Add a ticket that applies to all of the deliverables within the service. For example, he might ask that all the files be converted to JPG.
Add a ticket to an individual image.
Select multiple images and add the same ticket to each of those images.
Follow this step-by-step guide on how to deliver revisions.
Each image with a request will be notated with an icon that states "Requested Revision."
As a vendor, when you receive those requests, they will show as needing to be resolved.
When are revisions due?
The turnaround you set for your service also applies to revisions. If your turnaround time for Virtual Staging is 24 hours, that means you also have 24 hours to resolve any submitted revision tickets and deliver the revised files.
When a customer requests revisions, the deadline for the order will reset based on your turnaround time.
If you fail to deliver the revisions by the new deadline, the order will show as overdue.
Important Notes:
When Pixlmob Hosting is enabled, do not upload images anywhere other than Pixlmob to deliver revisions.
Upload each image as instructed above. It's important to upload the revisions here as it allows the customer to compare your versions to each other. Otherwise, it will appear as though you have not uploaded a revised file.
You will need to resolve all of the requests before you are able to submit revisions.
