Basics:
ASAP Editing is a new view of the marketplace that can be toggled on by customers who are logged into Pixlmob. This unique view will only show editors who are currently online, logged into their Pixlmob profile, and have marked themselves as available to accept immediate work.
Order Workflow:
To view ASAP editors who are online and currently available to begin immediate work, log into Pixlmob and toggle on the ASAP editing view from the marketplace. This will filter all editors to show only those who are active right now.
When you select an ASAP editor and start a project, the editor will be temporarily reserved for you and you will have 7 minutes to complete the checkout process for the project.
After 7 minutes, the order will be automatically saved to your drafts as a standard order and the editor will be released back into availability for you or another customer to use.
Once you’ve completed the checkout and placed your order from an ASAP editor, the editor will have 5 minutes to accept the project.
If he fails to accept the project after 5 minutes:
You will be notified within the site as well as by email.
The project will automatically be saved to your drafts as a standard order (not ASAP) where you can select a different editor for standard turnaround time.
The balance paid for the project will be credited to your Pixlmob balance.
Once the editor accepts your project, he will not be able to accept any other projects until he delivers yours to you.
The editor will work to complete your project as quickly as humanly possible while maintaining his standard of quality.
Revisions:
Once the editor has delivered your ASAP project, you will be notified within the site as well as by email.
If you’d like any revisions handled immediately, you will have 15 minutes to review the project and request those revisions.
During those 15 minutes, the editor is standing by and is still reserved by you to complete any revisions.
After 15 minutes, the editor will be released back into availability for new projects.
You can still request revisions from the editor after 15 minutes. However, these revisions will be completed in the standard turnaround time and are not guaranteed to be immediately corrected.
Pricing:
Each editor will set his own rate for ASAP orders.
Each ASAP order will also include a fee of $2.99 USD.

I placed an order and I think it was ASAP. How can I be sure it's an ASAP project?
There are a few ways to confirm your project is an ASAP project and not a standard project:
When you view your project, the service(s) ordered as part of an ASAP project will show as teal green within your project. [In standard orders, these services are white/uncolored.]
The status bar is similarly colored and includes a lightning bolt, our symbol for ASAP Editing.
The deadline for the work to be completed is much sooner than the editor's standard turnaround time (i.e. the order is due back in less than 12 hours). The deadline can be seen within the status bar as well.
When you click on a service within your project, you'll see the status as ASAP. [For standard projects, you'll see In Progress instead.]
