How to remove a Plaato Pro from your account

All team members on your account are able to archive a Plaato Pro.

Using the Archive feature is a great way to remove a Plaato Pro that is no longer in use from your account, and store any historical fermentation data on the Plaato Pro.

Here is how 👇🏼

WebApp

  1. Login to the Plaato Pro Webapp: https://app.plaato.cloud/login

  2. Click on "Devices" and find the Plaato Pro you are looking to archive

  3. On the List of Devices view, click on the settings cogwheel on the Plaato Pro

  4. You will land on a page with "Device Options" click on "Archive Device"

  5. Confirm to "Archive Device" Your device will now be archived.

Mobile App

  1. Launch your Mobile App

  2. Tap on "Devices" to view a list of your devices

  3. Tap on the Plaato Pro you are looking to archive and then tap on the settings cogwheel.

  4. Under "Save Changes" you will see "Archive", tap on it and confirm to archive the device

  5. Confirm to "Archive Device" Your device will now be archived.

Note

  • Your data is not deleted when you archive a Plaato Pro

  • All archived devices can been reactivated.

  • There is currently no limit to the amount of Plaato Pros you archive

  • To delete a Plaato Pro, you will need to first archive it.
