Releasing a Public Bundle

Instructions for Releasing a Public Bundle to your Pladia Empower PWA.

Once a Console operator has reviewed their work from an end-user perspective, they’re usually ready to Release a Public bundle. In Pladia, this step is how you push all published content changes live to your visitor-facing PWA.

This article walks through how to release a Public bundle—whether you've already previewed changes or are ready to go live right after editing.

🔔 Note: All content must be set to Published (formerly “Put On Display”) before it can be included in a Preview or Public release.

Steps to Release a Public Bundle in Pladia

  1. Publish your changes.
    Use the Publish button on each Object, Space, or POI to prepare it for inclusion in the next release.

  2. Go to the Releases screen.
    In the left navigation, click Releases.

  3. In the Releases list, review changes.
    You’ll see a list of content with the 'syncing to Published' status.

    1. This list includes changes made by any user, not just changes made by yourself during the current working session.

  4. Click “Release Changes" to view your options.


  5. Click "Release to public", this will open a confirmation prompt.

  6. (Optional) Add Release Notes.
    Use the free text field to include details like your initials, date, or a short description of what’s being released.

  7. Click the green "Release to public" button.

    1. This will release your updates your Public bundle, on your live PWA.

    2. You will get a notification in the bottom left corner once the release is complete.


  8. Check the Release History.
    The right-hand panel records all previous releases for easy reference.


You’re All Set!
