The Basics
📣📣 Users with "Staff" or "End User" permission level cannot log into the web application. Instead they use Planbase through our Slack App.
📣📣 To invite a user, tick 'Enable Login' in the user's profile
Step 1: Find your email invitation
Check your email: Look for an email invite from your company’s Planbase account. This email will welcome you to Planbase and prompt you to set up your password.
Step 2: Set up your password
Click on the ‘Set Password’ link provided and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Step 3: Log Into Your Account
After setting your password, you will be redirected back to the login page - app.joinplanbase.com
📣📣 You can only login using the email with which you were invited
Entering Your Login Details: Enter the email address to which the invitation was sent and the password you just created.
Troubleshooting:
Password Reset: If you need to reset your password at any time, follow the ‘Forgot Password’ prompts:
Expired Link: Return to the login page and select "Forgot Your Password" to sent a new email.
