Ex: Let's say I have a list of 450 traveler profiles that I would like to update with the 'Golf' tag.
First, export your client list from PlanitEasy of all travelers you wish to update, then re-import the same list with the added tag column (see below):
Importing the list of travelers will either add new profiles if they do not exist OR update existing profiles with missing information.
To Export a Client List:
Click the boxes next to the profiles you'd like to export then click the button in the top right corner of the screen that says Export XLS when hovered over. From there, you'll check the fields you'd like to be exported (ex. First Name, Last Name, Email) and then Export. An XLS file will be downloaded for you and you will then use that in your messenger app.
