TWID (Traveling With ID) is to indicate who is traveling together. You can use this to indicate who is traveling with each other within a group trip.
Ex. When you select a TWID number, it will move that traveler down to the TWID number. The system auto sorts the traveler once you select the TWID number. So if you select TWID # 15, it will move that traveler down to 15 and give it the TWID # 15.
PBID (Paid By ID) indicates who is paying for someone else. PBID at this stage, is used to automate an invoice by adding all services to the invoice of the person that is added as the PBID person.
Ex. A family of 4, parents and 2 kids. The mother is added as the PBID for all four. When you create an invoice and select the mother as the client, all reservations for all 4 will go on the invoice.
