How to integrate your Sabre account (GDS integration):
You will need to reach out to your local SABRE rep to get the process started. If your Sabre PCC is provided by a host agency, or another company, you will need to contact them to get your downline agreement from Sabre.
Below are the steps that need to be taken, Sabre will let you know their process. Please note that SABRE will charge a one-time fee of $250 per the downline agreement below and PNR transactional fees of:
$0.001609 to pull the PNR into PlanitEasy.
Please verify these prices with Sabre since they are not determined by PlanitEasy, nor do we have any control of these fees.
1. Sign a Downline Agreement with Sabre Web Services enabling PlanitEasy to connect to your account. Ensure that both the ‘production’ and ‘cert’ environments are enabled.
a. Sabre will give you credentials. Share those with PlanitEasy:
i. Username
ii. Password
iii. PCC
2. Enable "Bridge Access" to allow all of your PCCs to be accessed through the same downline agreement if you have multiple PCCs that you want to integrate with PlanitEasy.
3. Purchase the PlanitEasy Sabre integration add-on subscription. Click here
Why does PlanitEasy charge a subscription? PlanitEasy pays a monthly licensing fee to be a Sabre Authorized Developer and also API fees to access our users' Sabre data. To keep our platform prices as fair as possible, we only charge users that use a specific 3rd party service. That way we can better ensure that you are only paying for 3rd party services that your company uses.
Steps to Set Up Sabre on your PIE Account:
Sign up with a Travel agency / Host agency.
Go to "My Account."
Click on "Sabre."

Click on "Add an Account" to fill in details like Agent ID, Password, and PCC.
Click on "By clicking this, you agree to Sabre terms and conditions for PlanItEasy."
Click on "Save."
New Employee Creation
When the agency needs to create a "New Employee" or "New IC User: Individual or Own Brand." follow the below step
Click on "New Employee" or "New IC User: Individual or Own Brand."
Open the popup to fill in all necessary details, including (Sabre Agent ID, Sabre Branch ID, Sabre Agent Sine ID).
Fill in the required details and click on "Save."
Sabre Access For Profile and PNR
Click on "Users ."
Currently, the default setting in PNR is turned on.
In the profile, the default setting is off.
If a company provides access to a particular user, simply turning on the profile or PNR setting will automatically display both the profile and PNR the section
Sabre Template
Click on "User Template Mapping."
Click on "New Mapping."
Open the popup to add the template ID and template name, also select the user.
Fill in the above details and click on "Save."
When saving the details, it means that a particular user is mapped with this template.
Sabre Pcc Mapping
Click on "User PCC Mapping."
Click on "New Mapping."
Open the popup to select PCC and select users to allocate to the PCC.
Fill in the above details and click on "Save."
