How to add your professional email signature

Step 1: From your Dashboard, select My Account.

Step 2: Under General Information, select Email Signature.

Step 3: Enter Your Signature Details. You can put your primary information or any of the following.

  • Name: Your full name/ Company Name

  • Contact Information: Your phone number, email address, and office address.

  • Website: Your company's website URL.

  • Social Media Links: Links to your professional social media profiles (optional).

  • Logo/Image: Add your company's logo or a professional image (optional).

Step 4: Click Save to save your new email signature.

Tips for a Professional Email Signature

  • Keep it simple and concise.

  • Avoid using too many colors or fonts.

  • Test your signature by sending any forms to yourself to ensure it looks as expected.
