Note: If you delete the app, the subscription will not be cancelled!
Cancelling the subscription prevents you from the subsequent charges. However, that doesn't refund your last payment.
Checking and Managing Subscription Details
If you need to ensure your subscription status or confirm charges, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Select Media & Purchases > View Account and sign in if requested.
Tap Purchase History.
Locate the relevant charge and tap for more details. These details include order IDs, helping validate billing clarity.
Handling Cross-Platform Billing Discrepancies Subscriptions purchased via the Planner 5D website and the Apple App Store are managed separately. Canceling via the App Store will not affect a web-based subscription. Always verify the purchasing platform and ensure actions are appropriate for that environment. To prevent billing issues, complete cancellations at least 24 hours before a renewal date.
To cancel the subscription on the iOS platform, please follow the instructions below: Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription using the App Store app as follows:
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your profile icon at the top-right corner.
Navigate to Subscriptions.
Find and select your Planner 5D subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If the “Cancel Subscription” option doesn’t appear, this indicates the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage;
Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you don't see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and shouldn't be renewed.
If you experience difficulty locating your subscription, confirm that you are signed into the correct Apple ID account.
