Services Offered allow you to define and track the types of planning services your business provides. Examples might include:

By assigning a service to each Lead, you can quickly see what potential clients are inquiring about and how those requests align with your offerings.

Your Services Offered automatically appear as a dropdown field on your Lead Contact Form. When a potential client fills out your form, they can select the service they are most interested in booking. Their selection is then saved directly to the Lead record inside Planpage.

When creating a Lead manually, you have the option to set the primary Service Offered.

To update the Service Offered for a Lead that has already been created: click into the Lead, then click the edit button on the Service row.

In the sidebar, click into Settings (gear icon).

Then click Services Offered under the Lead Settings section.
