Assigning tasks to staff and clients

Learn how to assign tasks to staff (your team), your clients, and to yourself.

When creating a new Task, or editing an existing Task, you're able to assign it to yourself, your staff, and/or your clients.

Click Add Person.

Planpage then shows every Staff Member and Client/Contact assigned to the project. Select the people you'd like to assign the task to.

Assign Task Shortcut

Look for the Assign Task Shortcut button for quick access to managing assignments.
