How to enable portal access for a client

You can enable (and disable) portal access on an individual basis.

Open your client's project. Click into Collaborate.

You might see Link to Contact for the client you want to enable portal access for. If so, click Link To Contact Record and you'll be prompted to find or create a Contact record for this person.

Click the Enable Portal button.

Planpage will ask you to enter or confirm an email address for this person. This email address is where the portal invitation will be sent. Click Send Invite Email.

You'll see a confirmation that the invite email was delivered (or a notice if there was an issue sending the email). You also have the option to view their Invite Link and Resend Invite Email.
