The Transactions page shows a complete, running history of every payment and refund in your Planpage account. This includes both online payments processed through Stripe and payments you record manually. It gives you a single place to review money movement across all projects and invoices.
To view Transactions...
In the main Sidebar, click into the Sales.
Then click Transactions
What You’ll Find on the Transactions Page
The Transactions page displays a chronological list of financial activity, including:
Invoice payments
Partial payments
Refunds
Manually recorded payments
Each entry reflects real money movement tied to an Invoice, so you can quickly understand what was paid, when, and how.
Online and Manual Payments
Planpage tracks both types of transactions:
Online Payments
Payments collected through Planpage using Stripe are automatically recorded and appear on the Transactions page.
Manual Payments
If you receive payment outside of Planpage, such as a check, cash, or bank transfer, you can manually record it. These payments also appear in the Transactions page so your records stay complete. This ensures your transaction history reflects all payments, not just those processed online.
Refunds
Any refunds issued through Planpage are also included in the Transactions page.
This allows you to see the full lifecycle of a payment, from collection to refund, in one place.
