Then it hits you: Planpage is awesome, but when will I ever have the time to rebuild all my planning documents?
We got you! Our team is delighted to offer complimentary document migration to every planner. All your contract, proposal, quote, invoice, and timeline templates? Just send them over and we'll get them formatted and added to your Planpage account.
How to send us your documents
In the sidebar, click Settings.
Then Data Migration.
Click New Migration File.
First, specify the type of file you're sending. Currently, we offer migration for the following file types...
Contracts
Proposals
Questionnaires
Quotes
Invoices
Brochures
Timelines
Next, we'll ask for some additional info...
What should we name the template? When we build the document and add it to your Planpage account, this will be its name. Don't worry, once it's delivered, you can rename at any time.
Provide the file. Upload a file or copy/paste a link to where we can view it.
Anything we should know? Provide extra info or guidance to help us better recreate your file.
Once we receive your document
It typically takes 7-14 business days for the Planpage team to recreate a file. It can be faster, but it depends on the current migration queue.
Your document will be recreated as a Planpage Document Template that can be easily reused in a Lead or Project.
Delivery
When your document is ready, it will be automatically added to the templates section of your Planpage account. You'll receive a delivery notification via email. And as always, if you have any questions or want to learn how to use your new document, our friendly support team is here for you :)
