Adding a Lead Contact Form to your website (Embed)

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Embedding your Lead Contact Form allows you to display the form directly on your website while still sending all inquiries into Planpage. This option keeps visitors on your site and creates a seamless inquiry experience.

How to Embed the Lead Contact Form

Step 1: Copy Your Embed Code

In the Sidebar, click into Settings (gear icon).

Click into Lead Contact Forms under the Lead Settings section.

Click Get Form Code.

In the overlay that opens, click Copy Embed Code.

Make sure you click Copy Embed Code, not Copy Hosted URL. The hosted URL will not work if you're wanting to add the lead form to your website.

Step 2: Add the Code to Your Website

Paste the embed code into the page on your website where you would like the form to appear.

Most website platforms allow you to add custom HTML using a code block or embed element. If you work with a web designer or developer, you can send them the code and ask them to place it on your inquiry page.

Once added and published, your Lead Contact Form will appear directly on your site.

What Happens Next?

Every new inquiry submitted through your embedded form will automatically flow into your Planpage CRM. There is no manual data entry required. You can immediately begin moving the Lead through your Pipeline Steps.
