When someone submits your Lead Contact Form, Planpage notifies you right away. You will receive both an email notification and an in-app notification, so you never miss a new inquiry.

As soon as a Lead Contact Form is submitted, you will receive an email notification with all the details. The link in the email takes you straight to the Lead record, where you can begin follow-up and move them through your Pipeline Steps.

New Lead submissions also appear in your Planpage notification center. When you log into your account, you will see a notification alerting you that a new Lead has been created. From there, you can click directly into the Lead record.

This ensures you are notified whether you are checking your email or actively working inside Planpage.
