Budgets are only visible to clients through the client portal.
Budgets are not shared by default
Nothing becomes visible until you choose to share the budget with a specific client or contact
How to Share the Budget
To manage sharing, click into the project, then click Budget.
Click Share Budget.
Click the checkbox next to each client you'd like to share the budget with.
Can clients edit the budget?
No. At this time, budget editing is not supported in the client portal. Only planners are able to:
Add or remove categories and budget items
Change estimates
Attach invoices and expense to budget items
What can clients do when the budget is shared?
View all categories, budget items, and numbers.
Mark vendor invoice due dates as paid (to designate when they paid a vendor).
View all payment due dates on their Planpage calendar.
