Mood Board image statuses make it easier to track where each idea stands as you narrow down the overall design direction. Use statuses to show which images are still being considered, which have been approved, and which should no longer be part of the board.
What are Image Statuses?
Each Mood Board image can have one of the following statuses:
The default status for newly added images. Pending images do not display a status badge on the board. | |
Use this for images that are still being actively discussed or evaluated. | |
Indicates that the image has been selected as part of the final visual direction and can be treated as confirmed | |
Removes the image from the active Mood Board without permanently deleting it. |
Updating an Image Status
There are a few ways to update the status of a Mood Board image:
From the image thumbnail. Open the dropdown menu on any image and select a new status.
From the image detail view. Open an image to view its details, then update the status directly from the image window.
Using Bulk Select. Select multiple images on the Mood Board and update their status all at once. Learn more about Mood Board image bulk select.
