Main Navigation
The dark sidebar on the far left is your starting point. Use it to move between the main areas of Planpage, including Home, Sales, Projects, Email, Tasks, Calendar, Vendors, People, and Portal.
These areas help you jump between the different parts of your business without needing to open a specific project first.
Navigating Within an Area
When you choose an area from the main sidebar, the menu beside it changes to show the pages related to that area.
For example, choosing Sales gives you quick access to Leads, Proposals, Quotes, Invoices, Due Dates, and Transactions.
Smart Search
Smart Search is huge timesaver that makes navigating Planpage a dream. To open Smart Search, Search Button at the top of your screen.
In Smart Search, you can...
Search for a lead, project, contact, or vendor record.
Use the navigation shortcuts to jump to a specific page.
Smart Search Keyboard Shortcut
If you only learn one keyboard shortcut in Planpage, we think it should be:
Command + K (Mac)
Control + K (Windows)
This keyboard shortcut opens the Smart Search window (no click necessary). With this shortcut alone, you can essentially navigate to every record and screen within Planpage...without having to touch the mouse.
