When your Plans Pro account is first created, you will receive an automated email from planssupport@cbre.com. Within the email is a unique URL access link, that will prompt you to create and confirm a password if using a non-CBRE email for your account. The access link will expire after 72 hours but can be reactivated by contacting the Plans Pro team at plansprosupport@cbre.com.
After your initial sign in, you’ll use the same email and password combination anytime you wish to access your account at https://plans.cbre.com/login.
