While in the test fit editor, click the 'Explore in 3D' button in the upper right corner.
Your plan will load to an overhead view. To drop into your layout, double click anywhere on the plan and you will automatically drop into 3D at eye-level.
To exit 3D mode and return to the editor, click the "Exit 3D" button in the upper right corner.
