Overhead Mode

When you first click "Explore in 3D" your layout will load in a 3D overhead view.

  • "T" - Top view of entire space

  • "L" - Left view of entire space

  • "B" - Back view of entirespace

Navigating the Plan

Double click anywhere on the plan (in top view) to enter your floor at eye-level. From here you can navigate by using the arrow keys on your keyboard, which is the smoothest experience in Plans Pro. Alternatively you can use your mouse to double click along the floor and drag the plan side-to-side.
For large floor plates, you can easily jump from one side of the space to the other by hovering over the map in the upper right corner.

Keyboard navigation
• Arrow keys to walk
• "Q" side-step left
• "E" side-step right

Camera Tricks

In addition to your arrow keys, you can also use the following keyboard commands to enhance your point of view:

  • “R” - rise up to a higher point of view

  • “F”  - drop down to a lower point of view

  • “Z” - zoom closer in to a frame

  • “X” - zoom out of a frame

  • "H" - camera angle up

  • "J" - camera angle down

Reset Camera Zoom

If you have used the "Z" and "X" camera tricks and wish to reset your camera view to it's original state, use the 'C' keyboard command to 'clear' the point of view.

  • "C" - clear camera zoom
