If you have have placed a space in a way that it overlaps another space, you will see ‘Resolve Overlaps’ appear on the right hand panel.
Plans Pro will provide you with 4 different options to choose from, which will appear in the Space section, on the right side. The first option shows the original shape keeping the overlap, but removing it from the second shape. Option two shows the second shape taking the overlap, removing it from the original shape. The third option combines the overlapping shapes into one space. The final option splits any overlapping areas, making each of them into their own spaces.
Alternatively, you can manually resolve overlapping areas by pressing O to enter the Resolve Overlaps mode. This will allow you to assign overlapping areas to one Space while removing it from the other. Once in Resolve Overlaps mode, you can left click on an orange overlapping area and drag it to the shape you’d like to keep that area before letting go. This will remove the overlapping area from the other shapes. You can press enter on your Keyboard or the “Done” button to confirm your changes. Or press Escape to cancel all changes and exit 'Resolve Overlaps' mode.
