If a space is too large, it can be divided using the Slice tool.
To break up a space, select it and press S on your keyboard or the “Slice” button at the bottom of the Space panel. Plans Pro provides 3 ways to split your space: count, length, or custom.
Slicing by 'count' allows you to split the space into equal pieces of your choice.
Slicing by 'Length' allows you to slice based on specific meters.
Slicing by 'custom' allows you to place walls within the selected area at the point/s of your choice.
The “Don’t Slice Windows” checkbox can be turned on with any option to align the slices with window mullions, avoiding dividing windows if within a certain threshold. Once you’re happy with divisions, press “Slice” or click ‘enter’ on your keyboard to confirm.
