There are a variety of options to choose from when sharing a test-fit in Plans Pro. Click on the Share button in the top right-hand corner and you will see two options from the pop up box on your screen.
As default, the test-fit will have the “Account Holders” option checked. This means only Plans Pro users, with access to this particular building, will be able to view and edit this test-fit via their account. If someone else needs access to Plans Pro, please reach out to the team.
The second option is to create a Public Link. A public link can be created for your test-fit and shared freely, by simply copying the URL generated. Any recipient of the public link you create, can view this test fit in 2D and 3D without a log-in required. Only Plans Pro account holders with access can make changes to this test-fit. As this will be seen publicly ensure the name of your test fit is suitable.
If you delete the original test fit, the public link will consequently no longer exist. Note that when you have selected the Public Link option an icon will appear at the top to let you know this particular test-fit has been shared.
Lastly, at the bottom of the sharing box, you will see the option to Export. You can then decide to export to PDF, CAD / Revit, PNG image or JPG image. Whichever option chosen will then automatically download to your device.
If this share button is not visible when in the test-fit editor mode, it may be that it has been disabled for a particular reason. Please reach out to the team at planssupport@cbre.com for further assistance.
You can also access these download options by clicking the menu, displayed as 3 horizontal lines in the top left and clicking on the Export button. See here for more details.
