You can show and hide certain elements on your floorplan, which applies to both the view inside the tool and changes how things export/print for users.
By navigating to the top right corner of your screen, you will find the layers button. There you will find the option to view or hide Measures, Comments, Space Labels, Space Colors and Warnings.
