How to Cancel Your Planty Order and Refund Timelines

Cancelling your order with Planty is quick and straightforward. There are a few possible scenarios under which you might want to cancel your order, and we have outlined the relevant steps and refund details below.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your Planty order, you need to contact Planty directly and request a cancellation. This is applicable in the following scenarios:

  1. Before Order Processing: - If your order has not yet been processed, it is eligible for direct cancellation. - Once cancelled, your refund will be initiated and should appear in your account within 5 business days.

  2. After Receiving Payment Confirmation: - If payment has already been processed, you can still request a cancellation of your order. Once approved, the refund will follow the same timeline of up to 5 business days.

  3. After a Subscription Pause or Reminder Email: - If you paused your subscription but later received a reminder email about an upcoming delivery, you can still cancel the scheduled delivery provided it has not processed yet. The refund process remains consistent at up to 5 business days after cancellation.

  4. Reordering with a Different Promotional Code: - It's possible to cancel your current order if you'd like to place a new one using a different promotional code. Once the first order is cancelled, you can proceed to reorder. The standard refund timeline applies.

Refund Process Overview

Following a cancellation, the refund process is initiated for orders that qualify. The maximum time for the refunded amount to appear in your account is 5 business days across all circumstances.
